In this clinic we will cover:
Stroke correction/technique tips for paddling efficiency.
Wash riding skills for training and racing.
Downwind / catching and linking runs and waves.
Deepwater and beach starts and finishes.
Remounting skis.
Injury prevention.
Review race strategies and race preparation.
Following our clinic, we will look to head out for lunch and continue to talk all things paddling and make new connections with our friendly group. – This is optional, pay for your own feed.
At pushing Limits coaching our goal is to inspire the next generation of paddlers and get women on the water. We aim to develop an active social community supporting all paddlers on the water. Through our coaching, clinics and programming plans we hope to help paddlers achieve their goals by pushing their limits.

Yes, if you are confident paddling on the flat, we would love to help you get out paddling comfortable in the ocean.
We may be able to help, let us know and we will do our best to help you find a ski that suits your leg length.
Paddlers must provide their own food. There will be an opportunity to purchase food from the surf club and local cafes.Â
All payments are made via the website via debit or credit card processed by Stripe or PayPal. If you have any queries – please just let us know, and we will do our best to help you out.
If we can no longer run the clinic due to COVID restrictions, you will receive a full refund within 5 working days of the scheduled event date.Â
You will need to bring workout clothes and shoes, paddle gear such as paddle, ski, togs, towel, wetsuit and paddling gear, warm clothes, hat and suncream.Â
- The participant may cancel a clinic or event registration up to 48-hour prior. To cancel please send your request to info@pushinglimitscoaching.com.au
- Any missed clinics/ events with less than 12 hours’ notice will only be refunded 50%.
We will have Pushing Limits Coaching paddle tees available to purchase on the day of the clinic. You will be welcome to try the tees on for size.Â
