    • 5-6 paddle specific sessions per week.

    • A Free coaching session or video analysis with Danielle.

All training sessions need to be progressive in nature which is why we take you through a periodised training plan. You will cycle through 3×4 week training blocks, with the focus on the 4th week being adaption and recovery with lower training volume.

Most paddling races are endurance events so endurance training is the primary focus of the training program. If you want to continue to improve performance then you must include high-intensity intervals into your sessions to see the adaptions for faster paddling.

With this 12 week program, we have created a platform that will build the necessary speed, power and endurance to push your limits and race at your best in any 20-25km paddle race. You never know the conditions you will be faced with on race day. This program will prepare you for any conditions that you might be faced with.

This program includes paddle specific zones such as aerobic, anaerobic and threshold. Incorporating cross-training and general strength sessions are important to mix up your training for overall physical performance. Enjoy a selection of paddling, gym and cross-training sessions into the weekly schedule so you feel the fitness gains weekly.

All payments are made via the website via debit or credit card processed by Stripe or PayPal. If you have any queries – please just let us know, and we will do our best to help you out.

Once purchased you will be provided with a link to download the 12 week program instantly! Make sure you save the program. 

You must have access to a surf ski or kayak and paddle. The gym programs are designed for gym equipment use so a gym membership would be ideal. Otherwise all programs can easily be modified to suit a home gym.

Refunds will not be accepted. Once you sign up for a 12 week program and receive the program you will not be eligible for a refund. 

We will have Pushing Limits Coaching paddle tees available to purchase on the day of the clinic. You will be welcome to try the tees on for size.
