Refund and Cancellation policy

Coaching / Clinic / Events

You are registering and purchasing for our Pushing Limits Coaching clinics and events which indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow-through.

Whilst we recognise that unexpected events do occur from time to time, our business is built around appointments. From a business aspect when you make a commitment to train on a regular basis, that time is specifically reserved for you. When you cancel on short notice, it is usually impossible for us to schedule in another client who could use the time of the cancelled session.

In the general these guidelines apply for coaching, clinic and event refunds.

  • The participant / client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 3% transaction fee. To cancel please send your request to info@pushinglimitscoaching.com.au
  • The participant may cancel a clinic or event registration up to 48-hour prior. A refund will be issued, minus a 3% transaction fee. To cancel please send your request to info@pushinglimitscoaching.com.au
  • Any missed clinics/ events with less than 24 hours’ notice will be fortified (or will be refunded 50% depending on circumstances).

COVID-19

If you can no longer attend a clinic due to COVID restrictions we will provide a full refund on any clinic or retreat.

If we have to cancel or postpone a clinic due to COVID-19 you will receive a full refund on payment within 5 working days of cancellation/ postponement.

ARRIVING LATE

Your session will still finish at the same allocated time – please notify us as soon as possible by phone if you know you will be running late.

Inclement weather (outdoor sessions only)

Sessions will continue rain, hail, or shine. However, if the weather is particularly dangerous (i.e. lightning storms), you will be notified via text message approximately 30-60 minutes prior to the session only if the session can no longer go ahead. You will be refunded amount paid for the clinic in full if session is cancelled or you cannot attend time session is postponed to.

Payments

Sessions must be paid for prior to attending via our online website. Any last-minute clinic registrations that are not paid for online can be paid prior to our session either in cash or Eftpos.

Payment methods are through Paypal which accepts major credit and debit cards (e.g. MasterCard, Visa). All transactions will appear on your bank statements as Pushing Limits Coaching. 

Terminate Services

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Participant-Pushing Limits Coaches relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. Pushing Limits Coaching will notify the client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Pushing Limits Coaching, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
